Simple Green sent me the entire line of Simple Green Naturals to try. Which included the Dish Washing Liquid, Liquid Hand Soap, Multi Surface Care, Bathroom Cleaner, Glass and Surface Care, Dilutable Concentrated Cleaner, Floor Care, and Carpet Care.

I haven't had the chance to use them all but I have used the Glass and Surface Care Cleaner and the Rug Cleaner. The Glass cleaner I used to clean the mirror in my bathroom and it worked great! The Rug Cleaner I used because I spilled orange soda. Now orange soda usually leaves a nice stain, and I have to say that Simple Green left no stain. It got the orange soda out completely.

Simple Green Naturals are 100% naturally derived with ingredients originating from nature like Chicory, coconut, corn, palm, and naturally occurring minerals, salt, sugar, and water. Whereas the regular Simple Green Products do not originate from nature. However they are biodegradable, non-toxic, non-hazardous.

There's a Mouthful of Goodness in a Carousel Cake!

I had a chance to choose a Carousel Cake and being diabetic I let my husband choose which cake we would try and he chose the Chocolate Truffle. We received the cake within a few days and it looked scrumptious! It was a nice dark chocolate with a flower in the middle.

It was a delicious semi sweet chocolate cake topped with a chocolate ganache. I had a small piece and it was so good, so rich, so chocolaty, so good.

Carousel Cakes is a family business that was established in 1975. Their business is located in Rockland county, NY. Today their cake line has expanded to about 20 varieties and distribution in 6 states.

Carousel Cakes is the home of the Oprah Red Velvet Cake. From the website:

Fashion Do's & Don'ts from a Plus Size Closet-#1

Being a Plus Size Woman myself, I can only tell you the Do's and Don't's I have learned. One of the mistakes I have made in the past is buying clothes too big or with no shape thinking I can hide what I don't want seen. Until it finally sunk in...UM HELLOO, they can see it, you can't hide it.....but you can make it look better because the clothes your buying and hiding in makes you look 10 times bigger. You can give it a little shape if you quit wearing the Mu-Mu's and XXXX Sweat shirts that you get lost in. Comfortable? Probably. Attractive? Uh NO. So you buy the clothes that fit, not too tight, but fit. They can be a bit body clinging, just not too tight. Enough to show a shape, yeah it's a big shape but still some shape.

I have also found that shirts with V Necks, or Oval Necklines look better on me, it seems elongate things and any help is appreciated :) the shirts can also be longer. I think longer is better. Not huge like the sweat shirts but fitting and just longer. It hides your belly and also other parts that insist on popping out of your jeans or skirts. Longer tops also elongate your torso which makes you look slimmer.

Another Don't is shirts, dresses and skirts with frills, ruffles, or layers. Not a good look. They tend to enlarge the look not to mention making you look a little like a clown. Plus size clothes should never hang on your body.

I have always been told to wear black it makes you look slimmer....NOT TRUE! If you wear black it tends to wash out the color of your face. Colors around your face draws the attention to the shape of your face, eye color, and skin tone.

My last don't for tonight is Plus Sized Women should NEVER wear tapered pants. EVER! I would suggest a nice flare leg pant, straight leg, or boot cut. In my opinion tapered pants should not be on any shape, they are just not flattering at all.

Tropical Traditions Coconut Peanut Butter Review & Giveaway

Tropical Traditions are 2 words you hear around my house a lot anymore. I started out with Coconut Oil, then Coconut Chips, then Deodorant, and now Tropical Traditions has sent me the Coconut Peanut Butter. Which was delightful. I loved it. One of the really great things about it for me is I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes, and all the good food I used to be able to eat, I can't. So my snacking has really reduced to fruit or fresh veggies. Well now with Tropical Traditions Coconut Peanut Butter my fruit and veggies aren't so BLAH. First of all the Coconut Peanut Butter only has 1 carbohydrate, which makes it safe for me to use on my apple slices, and my celery stalks and the taste is better than any ole cookie, or piece of candy.

The Tropical Traditions Coconut Peanut Butter consistency is hard, but when you spread it on a nice hot slice of carb free bread you just watch it melt into a nice spread of peanut butter. Tasty and melted and dripping with flavor! Now if I am putting on apple slices or celery stalks I don't worry about the harder consistency as it tends to stay put on the apple slice and celery stalk better.

Let's talk about the taste. Coconut and Peanut Butter, when I chose that one to review, I have to say I was nervous, but my blog is all about trying new and different things. It has a delicious Organic Peanut Butter Flavor, with that Tropical Coconut Flavor. It was FANTASTIC!!! and I will definitely be purchasing this in the future. It's not only the tastiest snack I have had, it's the healthiest.

Sunday Morning Breakfast with Pillsbury Orange Sweet Rolls & My BlogSpark

Pillsbury Orange Sweet Rolls are warm, fresh, and ready to serve in minutes and OH SO YUMMY! They were ooey and gooey and sweet and and topped with the orange icing. Truly one of the best sweet rolls I have had, but I'm biased because I love orange. They orange flavor tasted like those orange creamsicles I used to eat as a kid, or those orange "pop-ups" they used to have. It was orange but a cool, creamy orange taste. UNBELIEVABLE.

Also so easy to fix. "Pop" open the can, I always get nervous when I pop open those tube cans. lol Then pull apart the sweet rolls, lay them on a cookie sheet, and bake. There is also a small plastic container that contains the goodness they call Orange Icing. I just sat it on the stove while the sweet rolls were baking to melt it down a little. I took the rolls out when they were done and dribbled the yummy orange goodness over each roll and watched it melt just a little more and drip over the sides of the roll. PERFECTION!

How I know so much about Pillsbury Orange Sweet Rolls is I was sent a "Sweet Sunday Morning Moments" Gift pack from Pillsbury provided through MyBlogSpark. Recently someone from Arm & Hammer contacted me to see if I would like to review their Advanced White Brilliant Sparkle and Whitening Booster products. I agreed and she sent me a tube of the Brilliant Sparkle and a bottle of the Whitening Booster. Now normally I don't like toothpaste that has baking soda in it, but this wasn't bad, it didn't have that salty, nauseating baking soda taste. It actually had a nice, clean, fresh,minty taste.

The Brilliant Sparkle "Is clinically proven to remove significantly more plaque than a non-baking soda toothpastes-up to 5 times more." The Brilliant Sparkle paste has a dental-grade baking soda that dissolves quickly reaching and cleaning places other toothpastes can't reach.

For added whitening they also sent the Whitening Booster that comes in a 30z bottle. It's a gel and you apply an equal amount on top of your toothpaste before you brush. It delivers 2x the whitening agent versus an OTC whitening strip. It contains hydrogen peroxide.

I felt that it did it's job but only one and major complaint was it was so hard to squeeze out of the bottle. You have to tap it on the counter before squeezing, then squeeze onto your toothbrush. I had to tap and practically beat it on the counter, then I had to squeeze with all my strength to get it on the brush. My husband also had trouble squeezing it out, so it's not because I am a "weak" woman. However that is my only complaint about the products. I enjoyed the taste, and my teeth felt cleaner after brushing than with other toothpastes.

I tried each of the different cleaners and was impressed that there was no medical scent. They were nice fresh scents. I was most impressed with Glass Cleaner and how clean the mirror and my eye glasses were. I love the reusable Tote because we are using those now here in Maryland. Reading Glasses Shopper Review and Giveaway

When Haley approached me about reviewing a pair of reading glasses from Reading Glasses Shopper, I was excited, yet sad. Let me explain, I wear prescription lenses so I really couldn't wear reading glasses also. But I went to the Reading Glasses Shopper website and pretended that I was able to wear them and had fun picking a pair. Now keep in mind I'm 50 and need bifocals so my choices will probably be limited or old lady looking, so don't get too excited.

So? Are you curious which pair I chose? Huh? Are you? I know you are....well since you're such great followers and friends, I'm going to tell you. I am so excited they had so many to choose from, even with bifocals. Here are some of the choices. They were surprisingly fashionable and not old lady like at all. It kinda makes me wish I didn't wear prescription lenses. They even had sunglasses. I was very surprised and pleased with the choices, and the prices were unbelievably good.

I have to tell you the only thing that made me feel old when I saw these glasses was this:

HA!HA! which you can purchase in the accessories. Remember when you would go to the library in high school and the librarian had her glasses hanging on the chain. Man good times.
