The Ultimate Blog Party 2011

Posted by Ellie Pongratz at 8:59 PM
A New year, a new Ultimate Blog Party.  I had so much fun last year meeting new bloggers, finding new blogs to read, and even winning some prizes, that I thought I would give it another shot.  The Ultimate Blog Party 2011 lasts from April 1st-April 8thAll entries for the fabulous prizes close @ 11:59 PM on April 8th Eastern Time.  Remember to Watch @ 5Minutesformom on Twitter with the Hashtag #UBP11.

Just drop by 5 Minutes for Mom and add your blog, Facebook page or Twitter to the linky and follow the directions to join in the Ultimate Blog Party.

I'm going to tell you a little about myself.  I'm a 51 yr. old mom of 3 wonderful children and 5 adorable grand babies.  I hate that I live so far away from them.  I live in Maryland with my husband Gary.  I started blogging in 2009 after I finished with Breast Cancer Treatment.  At that time in my life I wasn't sure what to do with myself, I had all kinds of feelings and emotions going on I thought it best to write them all down.  So after a few months of doing that I had a company contact me and asked me if I would be interested in reviewing and possibly giving away their product on my blog.  I had no idea what I was doing but it sounded interesting so I did it, and I loved it, I was hooked.  I have done MANY others since then.  I love blog parties and hops and meeting new bloggers and reading new blogs.

So feel free to look around and get comfortable, read whatever you want.  I don't have any giveaways up right now as I just had a family emergency with my FIL and spent all my time at the hospital so I'm just getting caught back up.  Hopefully by the beginning of the week I will have some up.  I hope to meet some new blogging friends and discover some new blogs.

Please leave me a comment so I may visit you and comment back.  Good luck to everyone and have FUN!!!
