MyBlogSpark has allowed me  to try another Yoplait Yogurt.  This time it's Yoplait Plus and I tried the Blackberry Pomegranate and it was fantastic!!  Remember not too long ago I reviewed the Yoplait Greek Yogurt and it was not my favorite due to the consistency being thick and  chalky.  Well Yoplait Plus Yogurt is nice and creamy and fruity and delicious.

Family Facts On the Go Organizer Review and Giveaway

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 3:41 PM 40 comments

I have so many appointments that I can barely keep track and usually don't.  Written down on a piece of paper and stuck in my purse and then when my husband says, "honey when is that doctor's appointment so I can put it in my calendar?"  I usually can't find it and have to call the doctor's office and ask them.  I call them so much they just expect it.  In fact when I started using the On the Go Organizer from Family Facts, one doctor's office said to me "We didn't get a call we thought maybe you wouldn't show up"  (laugh).  Ha!  Well I showed them.  I don't have to call anymore because I have the On the Go Organizer.  I even took it out and showed them and the one lady said "oh I would love one of those"  So I gave her the information about the website.

PowerGenix Quick Charger and Batteries Review and Giveaway

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 11:39 PM 151 comments

I have always have had such a hard time finding batteries that will last in my camera.  Well until I came across PowerGenix Batteries.   Seriously I know it sounds like just a line but it's not.  I put the PowerGenix Batteries in my digital camera at least 2 weeks ago and they still have full power.  I usually have to change them during the day if I am using my camera at an event.  I used the batteries the camera requested that I buy and use with the camera and they still didn't last as long as the PowerGenix.  They are amazing and I am in awe that I still have full power.

There's a Mouthful of Goodness in a Carousel Cake!

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 9:23 PM 264 comments

I had a chance to choose a Carousel Cake and being diabetic I let my husband choose which cake we would try and he chose the Chocolate Truffle.  We received the cake within a few days and it looked scrumptious!  It was a nice dark chocolate with a flower in the middle.

It was a delicious semi sweet chocolate cake topped with a chocolate ganache.  I had a small piece and it was so good, so rich, so chocolaty, just wonderful!

Fashion Do's & Don'ts from a Plus Size Closet-#1

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 12:06 AM 2 comments
Being a Plus Size Woman myself, I can only tell you the Do's and Don't's I have learned.  One of the mistakes I have made in the past is buying clothes too big or with no shape thinking I can hide what I don't want seen.  Until it finally sunk in...UM HELLOO, they can see it, you can't hide it.....but you can make it look better because the clothes your buying and hiding in makes you look 10 times bigger.  You can give it a little shape if you quit wearing the Mu-Mu's and XXXX Sweat shirts that you get lost in.  Comfortable?  Probably.  Attractive?  Uh NO.  So you buy the clothes that fit, not too tight, but fit.  They can be a bit body clinging, just not too tight.  Enough to show a shape, yeah it's a big shape but still some shape.

Tropical Traditions Coconut Peanut Butter Review & Giveaway

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 12:44 PM 148 comments

Tropical Traditions are 2 words you hear around my house a lot anymore.  I started out with Coconut Oil, then Coconut Chips, then Deodorant, and now Tropical Traditions has sent me the Coconut Peanut Butter.  Which was delightful.  I loved it.  One of the really great things about it for me is I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes, and all the good food I used to be able to eat, I can't.  So my snacking has really reduced to fruit or fresh veggies.  Well now with Tropical Traditions Coconut Peanut Butter my fruit and veggies aren't so BLAH.  First of all the Coconut Peanut Butter only has 1 carbohydrate, which makes it safe for me to use on my apple slices, and my celery stalks and the taste is better than any ole cookie, or piece of candy.

Sunday Morning Breakfast with Pillsbury Orange Sweet Rolls & My BlogSpark

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 11:56 AM 106 comments
Pillsbury Orange Sweet Rolls are warm, fresh, and ready to serve in minutes and OH SO YUMMY!  They were ooey and gooey and sweet and and topped with the orange icing.  Truly one of the best sweet rolls I have had, but I'm biased because I love orange.  They orange flavor tasted like those orange creamsicles I used to eat as a kid, or those orange "pop-ups" they used to have.  It was orange but a cool, creamy orange taste.  UNBELIEVABLE

Arm & Hammer Advanced White Brilliant Sparkle and Whitening Booster Review & Giveaway

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 10:53 AM 35 comments
Recently someone from Arm & Hammer contacted me to see if I would like to review their Advanced White Brilliant Sparkle and Whitening Booster products.  I agreed and she sent me a tube of the Brilliant Sparkle and a bottle of the Whitening Booster.  Now normally I don't like toothpaste that has baking soda in it, but this wasn't bad, it didn't have that salty, nauseating baking soda taste.   It actually had a nice, clean, fresh, minty taste.

Late July Organic Snacks Review and Giveaway

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 3:34 PM 158 comments
Late July is an Organic Snack Manufacturer that I came across while surfing the net looking for unique and different products to review on my blog.  After I started reading about them I felt they would be a good fit for my blog so I contacted them.  Late July Organic Snacks is a family owned and operated company that cares deeply about family and the integrity of our products.  Not only are all our products certified USDA organic and proudly wear the organic seal, but on any given day you can find three generations at work including four-year-old Stephen and six-month-old Benjamin.  Here is what the store sells.

One of the very interesting things I found out is 10% of their profits goes to the Jane Goodall Institute which really made me like this company more because Jane Goodall takes care of Orphaned Chimpanzees.  I am a big monkey collector, wooden, stuffed, glass, crystal, ceramic, even jewelery.  I even adopted an Orangutan named Grendon for $10.00 a month.  Jane Goodall is my hero so the fact that Late July Snacks is helping her institute has really impressed me.
