Zora New York allowed me to choose the piece of jewelery that I wanted and I chose the Beatrice Necklace in Burgundy.  When I received it, it came with a 16" chain, which for me was a little short.  I received an email from Diane not long after that telling me that she decided to make the chains longer 18" and 24", so I was telling her that it was a little small and she was kind enough to send me a longer chain (24") and now it's perfect.  I love it.  It's so pretty and dainty.
