There's a Mouthful of Goodness in a Carousel Cake!

I had a chance to choose a Carousel Cake and being diabetic I let my husband choose which cake we would try and he chose the Chocolate Truffle.  We received the cake within a few days and it looked scrumptious!  It was a nice dark chocolate with a flower in the middle.  

It was a delicious semi sweet chocolate cake topped with a chocolate ganache.  I had a small piece and it was so good, so rich, so chocolaty, just wonderful!




Carousel Cakes is a family business that was established in 1975.  Their business is located in Rockland county, NY.  Today their cake line has expanded to about 20 varieties and distribution in 6 states.

They have they most mouth watering cheese cakes.  Especially the Brownie Cheese Cake.   It looks heavenly.   It's a cheesecake baked on top of a moist rich chocolate brownie, with mounds of chocolate brownie on top.  






They also have homemade pies.
