Wilton UltraGold Review and Giveaway

Posted by Ellie-A Little of This and a Little of That at 11:27 AM
I enjoy baking cookies but haven't done it in awhile due to my cookie sheets being old and everything sticks. I finally wore them out. So I was looking around to purchase some new ones and came across the Wilton website. It just happens they have a brand new line that came out in January called the UltraGold Bakeware.

They sent me the the 11x17 Jelly roll pan.
Well I used it yesterday to make some cookies. My cookies turned out perfect. They baked perfectly, no buckling of the pan, they came off the pan without any sticking and the thing that impressed me the most is the fact that the pan cooled so fast.

The UltraGold Bakeware is made from high quality aluminum to assure no warping or rusting. It also is specially treated with a process called Anodizing which means the aluminum is made more durable and scratch resistant. Anodizing slows down the oxidation so your pan stays beautiful after years of use. The UltraGold Bakeware has over sized handles to allow for easier transfer to the oven and to remove from the oven when hot. They have a variety of sizes and shapes:

Wilton's Online Store has many categories to choose from:

They also have an Ideas section that I found to be most helpful and bookmarked it.
You may also want to bookmark the Recipes section.

Wilton is giving one of my lucky readers an UltraGold Bakware 11x17 Jelly Roll Pan. The mandatory entry for this giveaway is visiting the Wilton Online Store and pick a department you would like to shop and pick the product you want and tell me why you picked that product.(THIS IS MANDATORY AND MUST BE DONE OR YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED).

I would love to purchase one of the cookie treat boxes that you give treats away in. I have been using tins but they are a bit expensive yet I want my gifts of sweets to be nicely wrapped or given to the recipient.

The item I would like is quite small, but would be an excellent gadget to have--the silicone pastry tip covers. Anyone who has had icing harden in a tip if you have to stop working with it for awhile would understand why--aside from being wasteful because you lose a portion of icing, it is a real pain to clean!
These tips are supposed to stop that hardening.
