SURPRISE GIVEAWAY!

I have a very cool prize to giveaway. If you know anything about "ZEN" you may be interested. I am giving away a "Buddha Board". The Buddha Board is based on the Zen concept of living in the moment. You paint the surface with water and your creation comes to life in a BOLD design. As the water evaporates your artwork magically disappears leaving you with a clean slate and clear mind-ready to create a whole new masterpiece All you have to do is comment on my blog how you handle stress, what you do to relax. I don't handle stress very well. But if I get too stress, I try to read something that takes me to a fantasy land.

What helps me feel better is to create something. Getting lost in an art project is kind of therapeutic. xoxoxo

Well I used to handle stress by smoking. But since my doc told me I can't do that no more, I started handling it a different way, SHOPPING! Lets just say, my closets are getting full and my husbands wallet is getting empty! LOL Thanks for the cool contest!

I hate stress. I have eczema, and stress just makes it worse. I just try to take an hour or so for myself every few days.

I relax by gardening in the summer. It calms me. In the winter there is nothing better than a good book and a hot cup of tea to destress me.

I handle stress by consuming carbs. I love my carbs. I also play online gmaes like Jewel Quest to combat stress.

First I try a distraction, like facebook (I must always be stressed cause I'm always on lol), emailing a friend etc. If that does not work and I'm at home... a BUBBLE BATH always does the trick for me! :)
